Much of Britain’s heritage is concealed in churches and religious buildings that are being recorded by NADFAS volunteers. Church Recorders make records of the contents of churches. Nationally NADFAS volunteers have recorded 1000 churches, but there is still plenty of scope in our area.
Our group has completed Tolland Church. They are now working on Angesleigh Church, which they have nearly finished.
They are always looking for more volunteers. Training is given.
The church recorders group meets fortnightly on Mondays from 10am to noon.
